Quoted per plant, per year
Core compliance. The legal and safety minimum, done properly.

- Certificates and reports on completion
- 12-month intervals
Excludes cleaning, wear parts and remedial labour.

Compliance plus internal reconditioning, so machines keep running.

- Internal clean of the wire feed system and power source
- Refurbishment of wire feed gears and drive rollers
- Greasing and lubrication of all moving parts
- Certificates and reports on completion

The statutory thorough examination and test.
- Annual LEV thorough examination and test (TExT) to COSHH Reg. 9 and HSG258
- Airflow, capture velocity and system performance assessed
- Visual inspection of hoods, ducting, fans, filters and extraction points
- Fixed and portable units
- Statutory report and certification on completion
Silver
Quoted per hood, per year
TExT plus a mid-year check on filters, so they don't surprise you.
- Annual LEV TExT and certification to COSHH Reg. 9 and HSG258
- 6-month interim filter condition check (2 visits a year)
- Filter life expectancy assessment
- Predictive failure identification and staggered filter replacement plan
Minimum 5 assets per visit. Smaller workshops may incur travel charges.

What to know before you sign up.
How are packages priced?
Every package is quoted for your site, per machine or hood per year, plus VAT. The price depends on how many assets you have, where you are and what you bundle together.
What does labour cover on Gold?
Labour for the scheduled deep service. If we find a fault that needs more than standard service work, we quote it before doing anything.
Are parts included?
Consumable service items on the scheduled work are. Replacement and wear parts are quoted separately, so you only pay for what's needed.
Is there a minimum?
LEV Silver and Gold need at least 5 assets per visit. Smaller workshops can still sign up but may pay a travel charge.
Can I mix packages?
Yes. Many customers put critical machines on Gold and the rest on Bronze or Silver.
