What's involved

- Internal clean of the power source and wire feed system, where conductive dust and grinding swarf cause failures
- Wire feed refurbishment: gears and drive rollers, so feeding stays smooth
- Greasing and lubrication of every mechanical moving part
- Wear parts inspected and replaced before they fail
- Compliance testing on the same visit: calibration and periodic inspection
- Off-site deep service with a hire machine as cover, on our Gold package
Critical spares
Hold the right spares, not all of them.
For larger fleets we log every breakdown and failure in OneArc. After twelve months of data we can tell you which parts fail, how often, and which are worth holding on site.
For customers buying larger equipment orders through us, we can also hold consignment stock of the common failure parts, so a fix is a swap, not a wait.
