Who we are

Monarc Services Ltd ("we", "us") is the controller of personal data collected through this website. We're registered in England, company number 13403145, at Unit 14, Spencer Street, Grimsby DN31 3AA. Contact us about privacy at enquiries@monarcservices.co.uk or 01472 469223.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site we collect what you enter: usually your name, company, email address, phone number, site postcode and your message.

We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange visits, quote and provide our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We won't send you marketing unless you've asked us to, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form processing service. This website is hosted by Render. These providers act as our processors and only handle data to provide their service.

We don't sell your data. We only share it with others where we need to deliver a service you've asked for, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are kept for up to 24 months. Customer records are kept for as long as we work together and then for as long as we need them for legal, accounting and compliance purposes, which is usually six years.

International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email us.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
