Straight answer
Supplier, not service partner.
We're manufacturer-approved for Lincoln Electric, Migatronic and EWM. For GYS, Jasic, Cobra and the other brands we sell, we're a supplier. That means in-warranty faults go through the manufacturer's own warranty process, not through us as an approved repairer.
Everything else is the same. We'll still commission the machine, test it to BS EN IEC 60974-4, calibrate it to BS EN IEC 60974-14, put it on a service package and repair it once it's out of warranty.
